Hi, can anybody tell me how I can get birth certs for 1831, is there a site on line that I can see them?

no birth certs pre 1837. you may get lucky on a baptism record where the vicar has recorded the date of birth

David you may be lucky and find them online, Ancestry has parish records for London where the date of birth is sometimes given and some others, googling Parish records for a specific area can also be useful.
