Hi, can anybody tell me how I can get birth certs for 1831, is there a site on line that I can see them? |

no birth certs pre 1837. you may get lucky on a baptism record where the vicar has recorded the date of birth |

David you may be lucky and find them online, Ancestry has parish records for London where the date of birth is sometimes given and some others, googling Parish records for a specific area can also be useful. |
