If she was born at Constantine Bay that would be in St Merryn and in 1899 her parents would have to have register her birth in St Columb, I was born in St Merryn, but my parents had to go up to Bodmin to register me. |

I have found her on the 1901 census with her family - presumably you have this already? |

I have just been looking for my granmothers birth records. I know she was born on the 20th Dec 1899. She was born at Constantine in Cornwall and her name is Alma Ivy Peters. I was wondering if anybody could think of another way I can find her birth records or is there another way people could change her surname to something else. Like my other grandad is Mewton but sometime Mewten. I hope somebody can help me. Thank you. |
