We have received four notifications, of separate cold weather payments. We have received only one payment, to date
Last year, we received three notifications, but received only one payment.
Anyone else noticed this happening.

Just to add, have had 5 notifications and 5 paid.
Last notification was dated 1st Jan and received letter today. Payment into bank today.

Many Thanks Sylvia. The OH is going to give them a call after 2.00, to allow for their lunch breaks, and to avoid being passed around like a parcel at a Christmas game. LOL

Kriss, I think Julia comes under the Disability Mode, because she,s been unable to fill a Jar with Shallots to send to me ( As Promised ) so there must be something wrong.**M**.PMSL.:o)>

You must be entitled to it aswell Merlin, because you could have filled your own jar lol:)))))

Whilst I have been out this adternoon, having a coffee with a nice lady from the General Board, the OH has rung them in Belfast, re the back payments. Yes, they admitted they had a backlog, but the back three payments would be in the account this Monday, when the pensions go in.

What an awful waste of paper to let people know tho, two pages each time and a huge brown envelope! Surely a small note in a small envelope would suffice!
