did you know...........talking of sleeping positions......
that visitors to the space station take a contoured seat with them....to sleep in,. strapped in I should think,else theyd float all over the place!!

I've been looking and there seems to be various shapes,some ends look the same etc..
I think what you find comfy would be ok lol

just googled it and found a picture where the model has the thin end under her side neck and the fat end at the top.

Please can someone advise me, the store assistant couldn't,just got a Snuggledown Contoured pillow!! Which way do I sleep on it?
