or they could be just like me who very sillyily sent tree from software and hid living people and then puter went to blue screen and they realised they would be hidden for ever from everyone including them selves x

Can anybody tell me why when I am given access to a tree certain family members are "hidden" ?

I have asked the person who allowed me to view their tree about this and they have said they have no idea why it is happening. Can anybody show us a way to enable me to see ALL of his tree?
