Not really aware of him but how sad to lose his life in an accident after surviving boxing. And to die so young too. RIP.

I just read that Carol, and felt so sad for him and his family. His name rung a bell with me and I think I have seen him on tv away from the boxing link, and he seemed a good man.

Careless drivers take the heart from a family in the blink of an eye, it's heartbreaking, and so unnecessary if people just took a bit more care.

May he rest in peace,

Lizx

This was so sad, and very off putting for those who are just getting back to cycling. I remeber cycling everywhere in London in the fifties, and never found the roads unsafe, now I would think twice about cycling on our country lanes, traffic is too fast.
