Memory Foam, everytime ,,its brilliant and I dont find I get warm,,,,wouldnt go back to any other kind of mattress personally.....plus they are more hygenic than the others with springs as dust mites cant live in it.......

Dear McB

Hello

Hope you are okay.

Just found this info from:

http://www.mattress24.co.uk/

"Whether you prefer a soft mattress or a firm mattress, with our huge selection you could upgrade to state-of-the-art sleep technology for the same sale price as everyday mattresses from another mattress retailer.

A pocket sprung mattress will completely adapt to the shape of your body. Pocket sprung mattresses support your shape so well that it can transform the way you sleep and make a long lie a pleasure rather than an impossibility.

Memory foam mattresses could transform your life. A bold claim indeed, but memory mattresses will enable you to sleep free from joint and muscle pains that can keep you awake and make days and nights a trial.

Extract from: contact Mattress24 on 0870 726 24 24.

Hope this helps

Take gentle care
Very best wishes
xx

I bought two matresses last year from COST CO, there was a discount running and we got them at a very good price,
why cost co I hear you ask??
well
we have stayed at Disneys florida hotels a couple of times and apart from having a fab time, another great memory was THE comfyness of the beds I kid you not!!
I have never slept on beds as comfy, and so when I saw they were on sale at costo, the same brand, out went the old mattresses and in came the new, comfy well sprung, replacements!!!!
so go have a look, they are usually in stock all year round, and they are usually displayed on the way out near the cafe area, you just fill in a form with size and your address, pay for them and they deliver.

they are SEALY, Posturepedic ultra, backcare dream. xx

If I could get on to my thread participation list I could nudge up some threads from when I first joined these boards and asked about the Memory foam mattresses, we did get one but there was a lot of info there.

They are pretty comfy and warm too.

I understand that many mattresses today incluiding pocket sprung have an element of memory foam.

We bought a new mattress last year and after weeks of trying different beds ended up with a pocket sprung Hypnos bed with an element of the foam, which is amazing and two people can sleep without disturbing each other. Getting the mattress up the stairs however was nearly impossible and we can never move again!!

I can't get on to my thread participation list - complained to gr about it and they said they are trying to rectify the problem. It's so frustrating when I want to refer back to an old thread of mine.

I would steer clear of a dealt memory foam mattress. It was great for 6 months then was so lumpy in the skip it went. It's a weird one were you can't turn it over.

I have a silent night pocket sprung one now and have had no problems. I Hoover my mattress every week when I change the bedding and turn it once a month to avoid dust mites.

I think it comes down to personal choice. Some people will love the Tempor mattress some will not. I tried on in the shop and didn't like it.but my fried has one and she loves it.

Just off to make my way up the wooden hill. My Tempur Memory Foam Mattress is calling. Let me tell you how it works...........you climb into bed, pose a position and wake up in exactly the same position!! The only criticism i have is that it does get rather warm. Hence, no bed socks required here this winter!

I absolutely love our memory foam mattress and couldn't change to an ordinary one now. No roll together and no stiff back in the morning, BLISS.

our 12 year old needed a new mattress,
The matress he had was first used for his Sister and she is 19.
He complained the springs were digging in (poor Child)

Whilst I was at work yesterday OH went with Son and ater a lot of trying out came home with a memory foam and then I saw this thread!!!!

Son who is a thin little thing said it was wonderful and very comfortable.

Will have to see how it goes when he is a six foot teenager.Lol

We did get a memory foam topper for our touring caravan because the put up bed was not all that comfotable and it was the best thing we ever did.
I get a brillant nights sleep even when we are away for a couple of weeks
