Mmm Mmm,Prickles Babes, that sounds loverly. So, the next time you are having a dinner party, and serving the same menu, you could always invite me, and I promise not to go to sleep, and also not leave you with any leftovers.
By the way, what are you going to do with the left overs.LOLOL

Well Miss Nosey in Derbyshire..........

The starter was everyone's favourite, Prawn Cocktail with a sprinkling of paprika and fresh chives on the top.

Chicken breast's sliced in half and wrapped in Pancetta Ham, roasted on a bed of Grated Butternut Squash, leeks, garlic and Cider.Wiv a knob of real budder!
(Actually, i very rarely buy real budder and i had a bit of a "moment" when i opened the pack as i remembered that my Mum used to save the wrapping to grease her pie dishes.) *Sniff, sob, wiped me nose on me pinny!*
Cauliflower Cheese with fresh Chives. Roasted tomatoes on the vine. Stir fried Aparagus Spears in real budder and garlic.Stuffing Balls and Mini roasted potatoes and parsnips.

Lemon Cheesecake. I mixed Digestive and Gingernut biscuits together for the base to give it an extra kick!

Cheese and bicuits with grapes and walnuts..........There were only two of us at the table at that point and we ate to the sound and vibration of a snoring Rhinoceros coming from somewhere in the lounge area!!

I arranged a dinner party last night for three of my friend's.
I had some prawn's in the freezer but not really enough for 4 people, so i bought some more. The chicken breast's came in a pack of 3, so i bought 2 pack's. The butternut Squashes and the cauliflower's were quite small, maybe enough for 3 people, so to play on the safe side i bought 2 of each. I needed 2 slices on Pancetta ham per person and because it comes in pack's of six slices, i bought 2. Looking at the packs of asparagus, again, i played on the safe side and bought 2.....
An hour before my friends were due to arrive, one rang to say she was feeling poorly and would not be able to make it.
Guess what i am having for dinner tonight!!!!
