That is one of their standard replies - sometimes it is what browser are you using? is your computer up to date? etc

Tell them that everything is up to date, then they will refer it to the technical team.

I use IE8 and its still happening to me. As RR said its one of GRs stock answers to a problem, so just ignore their advice, it must be a problem on their system

It doesn't bother me that i cant use this facility, i rarely do anyway.

ive looked at explorer 8 and it seems you could poss lose some of your files if it doesn,t go right!!

Margaret before you do download Explorer 8 please be aware that this tends to be GRs stock answer to every glitch , I have been informed this will help so many times on various faults, and have resisted changing from Exp'7 on every occasion , only to find that the problem miraculously goes away after GR have sorted it out their end!

why is it that when i go on Trying to Find , and put the Surname in,
filter by name. click on search. it keeps coming up. this web site cannot be shown.
