why wont my tree load?

thanks for the tips will try them , i did try to get the help button but that wasnt working either, will try signing out then in again tomorrow and colean out cache tonight guess we all have little bugs to bear at times, thanks again |

For the past few days i have been trying to veiw my tree and only on a rare occasion has it loaded,Most of the time i am sitting in front of the genes screen and nothing happening , I am wondering if it is a glitch or are many others having the same problem. I will have withdrawel problems if i cant get it on line, |
