Pale into insignifcance after watching the floods around the world, people that have lost everything, makes me realise how lucky i am.

How right you are McB.

To think that this country almost ground to a halt a couple of weeks ago due to a few inches of snow. How lucky are we?

Just for the record, I was moaning aswell :((

Seeing the tv coverage of the floods in Oz and now in Brazil my heart goes out to them.The people of Haiti still haven't got their lives back on track and I have friends in New Zealand telling me that the tremors have continued but it doesn't seem to reach the news over here.

I live at the side of a river and each day as I go to the shop I always check the level. Rivers are beautiful but nature always has the upper hand and we can be reminded in a matter of seconds.

My thoughts are with all these people at this difficult time.-j

I wonder how long it will take for Cameron to state how much Aid we are giving to Australia? seems to dish it out to all and sundry,but so far there seems to be silence from him.**M**.
