Has anyone come across a Henry Frederick Bass (b 1885 in Bethnal Green) who married a Mary Ann Connor (b 1888 in Whitechapel). I am trying to find out if they had any children and if there are any living descendants. Henry's parents were Frederick Henry Bass 1861-1899 & Catherine Lydia nee Court. Mary Ann's parents were Michael Connor 1860-1909 and Margaret nee Allman 1859-1937
Heartfelt thanks to anybody who can help.

They state they have been married for three years, and have no children - there are a lot of births for this combination of surnames after the census - have you tried a search on this site to see if anyone else is looking for the family - Liz

Hello Liz, Thanks for that info. I'm sorry to say I don't know if a tree search giving the individual names is what you mean. Is there another way?
I suppose they could have emigrated? I feel so helpless compared to the old hands at this game! Best regards and thanks.

Just go to search trees, enter a name, and see if you find a match. For the dob give a two year +or_, as people are not always sure of the birthdate. If you find a match, click on the purple box, and send a message to the tree owner.
Hope this makes sense, if not, let me know, will be back in about half an hour,
Kind regards, Liz

Thanks Liz. I have to surrender this PC to my old man - for watching a football game! I'll have another go later on and hope the air is not blue here after a loss!
