Kenya - on safari again. Kyrenia n. Cyprus and Lough Erne in N. Ireland. All were magic holidays in their own way.

Well, unadventurous it may be, but I would love to stand on the barrack square where I did my squarebashing in 1953. My voice could in those days carry right across! That was Queen Alexandra camp at Liphook .

Once visited Devils Island the old French penal colony off the coast of French Guyana, what a beautiful place it just seems incredible for the purpose it was used.

But you can see why it was so difficult to escape from, the sea currents around the Island are so treacherous, if you fell in you would not be seen again.

Also would like to go back to Genoa in Italy, so steeped in history and wonderful architecture.Great pizzas too

Done a trip down the Amazon river, but would like to go further than the 75 miles we did

Last year during a holiday spent two nights camping in the desert in Qatar(my son works there) so peaceful, and to see all the stars in the sky never realised there were so many

But my favourite would be St Petersburg in Russia, spent two days there could do with a week at least

I hope to return to New Zealand one day.
We saw many beautiful places, but there is so much more to see. I was particularly fascinated by all the thermal activity around Rotorua.
Walking near Lake Matheson was lovely.

Chris
I'd like to see Cyprus again too, but wonder if I am best left with the many happy memories I have of my life there. It will have changed so much, but maybe Kyrenia is much the same as ever.

Heritage coast of Glamorgan.
I have to go back from time to time because it holds such special memories from childhood. It is still largely unspoilt and natural.

I loved Venice. The Amalfi drive is something to see. Bamburgh and the north eastern coast of Britain is my childhood home, and Marsden Rock .... rocks. But nowhere beats Barcelona.
