Is there a way I can post a question on a thread where I had a lot of information about a year ago. I do not like to double post but would like some more help.
Tthanks

Look at the left hand side under 'tools', 'my thread participation'. Find the thread you want, add a reply which will bring the thread to the top, ask away!

I think that I have deleted that thread, is there a way I can get it back? I wish to ask another question and do not wish to be told off for asking about the same person twice

Add enough info to the new thread so that people don't go off searching for the same stuff twice.

Explain that you had a thread a year or so back and be very specific in what you are asking for help with.

(Some helpers do go shooting off and add all sorts of info to a thread which the poster has not asked for - and some even get a little cross when they find out that the poster knows all that already! Sorry, but it happens!)
