Hello can anyone help?
i bought a lot of credits before stupidly realising that they are of no use for Irish records.I had started trying to use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have written to Genes Reunited and recieved no reply as yet.
I will be unable to use these in the allotted time I won't need a refund just an extentsion of time.anyone know where i can go from here.

Paula,

You would be better if it can be done ?to have a full refund as it may not be possible to extend/alter on how the time system works within the timing of credits expirey dates..

Genes don't seem to have staff work over the weekend so if you don't get a reply tomorrow, post your request on their facebook page.

I have found they are more talkative over there.
