I sometimes think our house is part of a recycling centre SRS. We have an excellent recycling scheme here where almost everything is recycled by the council, all goes in one large wheelie bin. Cardboard, shredding, bottles, plastic bottles, tetrapacks, yoghurt/butter etc cartons, meat trays, cans, greeting cards A4 paper. Food in a separate bin, garden waste in another and landfill in another. The latter usually only has about 4 small carrier bags a fortnight and that is mostly paper bread wrappers etc. Then we also compost ourselves so it pleased me very much to find a home for 50+ magazines and the discs that went with them. I suddenly realised that I read them and put them on the shelf and never ever referred back to them. Anyway he was a happy bunny. |

You have reminded me to put my computer magazines back on freecycle. Theere were several messages and new postings on when I put them on before and I think they may have been missed. And our car boot liner didnt go either. It cost about £90 so someone was going to get a bargain. |
