I was going to say it is a man thing but that is not correct as I see a lot female fans at this games and some must be drawing their pension or pretty close to it. Personally I think they are all tuppence short of a shilling!!

This is question I have asked myself a lot this winter Emma.

My Son joined an under 13s team last year and every Sunday we troop off to watch them loose. The games are always at luchtimes and I have had to invest in a pair of thermal socks and gloves.

It is not a glamerous look!

Well Golden Girl, just think what big mummies girls the players would be in the summer. They would be worse than now, wearing scarves and gloves etc. Nowt but alot of overpaid oversensitive Prima Donnas as it is.

Not being one myself can someone explain to me why
they play in the winter and not summer. When OH watches
on TV and I see spectators and players alike cold, wet and
miserable I don't get the attraction. lolx
