Or if you don't waste time, how do you do it?

I honestly don't know where my time goes. Well apart from wasting it on here lol

Just flicking in and out so if I don't reply immediately, I'm not being rude, well not intentionally lol

Well, at this precise moment in time, i am obviously wasting my time replying to you! Cos you are just flicking in and out and may not reply immediately!!! lol :>))

I waste time on here, well some might say I do, I say I am socialising and learning about all sorts of things. I waste time on the net when I go to look things up but get sidetracked, except that is learning about things as well.

I don't waste time doing h*******k very often, that I do know.

What is the criteria for time wasted SRS?

On here, watching property programmes on tv, telling my son to pick up his socks lol, worrying, thinking about the mistakes I've made, the things other people have done, drinking coffee and wandering round the house with the mug in my hand debating what I can move/get rid of to make more space.....

I 'wasted' time last night trying to write a poem for the writers group to no avail lol...which reminds me!

So we are a waste of time are we Rose??

Wend

Wend Report 18 Jan 2011 21:48

That's it (apart from trimming my nose hairs) - I wander round the house moving one pile of papers to another pile of papers, thinking I'm making more space, but it just gets worse, so then I sit at the window and waste time staring into the garden and suddenly an hour's gone by and I've achieved sweet fanny adams!

Wasting time.....well until recently there wasn'tmuch time to waste!

1. I read a lot and have been known to be so engrossed that I do not hear people trying to talk to me,
2. I enjoy searching for some of my relatives who I know very little about,,,How many families ahd so many children is quite staggering and so is the nuber of children who died.
3.I enjoy cooking.and having friends around for a meal
4. I am learning the art of relaxing but not quite there yet
5, I do not want to call it wasting time although that is what OH often says but I do like reading through the threads sepciall like thin=s one and

6 I love writing so I am writing srories about mmy ancestors or people who have been special in my life

And now I ask a question Am I wasting my time on here??

Well I do lots of the things you are all calling "wasting time". I don't look at any of those activities as wasting time. Even sitting quietly and relaxing is important.

I enjoy the time I spend on here. On my Aussie thread I have met people I wouldn't normally have met. They are special friends and would never consider a moment I spend chatting with them a waste of time.

Lol Ann, no the WG is not a wase of time !! but my attempts to write a decent poem were ;)

It was my own fault, instead of snuggling up with Bill Bryson , I thought I would take one of those 'starter lines' I added to the WG thread and write a poem...about Forests.. but i could only come up with one rhyme for "tree-huggers" and I'm uncertain as to whether it might offend more delicate ears ;)

Ann you can learn a lot by studying clouds - like how to get a stiff neck and a mouthful of flies.
