Of course you can.

Go to the Trying To Find board is you are looking for a relative, or if you want help with BMD, Censuses or other archive records try posting on the Tips or Record Office Board.

However don't duplicate the same request.

Well InspectorGreenPen, as Susan as already posted her question on TTF and had 7 replies with information, and equally not using any manners, I would have thought the General board could not answer her very abrupt question. She does not appear to have returned to the TTF board for any replies.

I'm afraid it was the lack of manners that did it for me. More of a 'demand'.
Then, not accepting what had been found for her on TTF, then comes on here and asks again.

Dose it occur to any of you that maybe I dont have the time to sit at the computer for hours at a time!!!!!!!!! Or perhaps that I am not sure how to find my way around the site. I ndo not think it is me that has the bad manners. Sue.

Sorry Susan but you posted this 10 minutes after I had given you the infomation that showed why the names were different on the marriage cert.
The thing about this site is if we send a private message when it has been read the envelope shows up white....so please do not say you hav'nt got hours to sit at a computer, just a sorry I could'nt find my way back would have done
