hi im greatful for yr help what do I do now , my real problem is he may have changed his name and joined the merchant navey its a very long story , do you think it possible to ever find a person who changed his name ? we new him as sydney john milligan but no trace of him using this name in the army and the merchant records at southampton can not find him but they say its not to say he is not there but we could maybe find him in there records if we wen there but thats not possible ,. ohhh dear been tracing this man for yrs we have photos ect and marriage cert but he left no clues ,. thanks sandra |
