Hello Helen. I have only read one book on cancer as I have found most information on the internet. The book is called 'Say No to Cancer' by Patrick Holford. For the life of me I can't find where I put it, but am nearly sure that is his name. Great book, very informative and easy to understand. Good luck. BC XX

Why don't you approach Macmillan, Marie Curie or Maggies Cancer Care who are sure to have the information you need.

If you have a Maggies Centre near you, they lend out books.
I read one by a woman who had suffered the same cancer twice, and it was such a good inspiration to me at the time.

Maggies Centre are invaluable to cancer patients and their families, and the staff so understanding.
You can even just go and sit in the place, without speaking to anyone if you wish. The calmness hits you the minute you walk through the door.

My Sister's Keeper is such a sad book.

Good Luck
