have known xxxxxx for approximately 6 years, as a friend I have found xxxx to be reliable and honest and trustworthy. She treats others kindly and with the utmost respect.
She works hard and I am sure I am sure she would make a good tenant.

I wouldnt put about her being clean & tidy - makes her sound like a houstrained dog! if she is responsible , that covers keeping things clean& tiday.

Sounds a good reference to me Carol, you could add consideration after respect, but with all those other qualities, I am sure she will be a perfect tenant.

Hope she gets the property.
