Just finished 'That Woman' by Anne Sebba - biography of Wallis Simpson.

Interesting book with new info and just confirmed what I have always thought!!!

Dean Koontz.....THE DARKEST EVENING OF THE YEAR....very good, story about a woman who rescues dogs and the attachment they have with her, her boyfriend. Both of them have secrets that they share, with nearly tragic circumstances...

I've just finished Cleopatras daughter by Michelle Moran.

Thoroughly enjoyed it and intend to read more of her books x

Just finished Lee Child's book THE VISITOR very good, had me on the edge of my seat, all the way through...and had no idea who the murderer was... it was excellent

Never read any of Pam Jennoff's books what does she write about ?

I agree annCardiff Bill Brysons books are all very good....especially Notes from a small island...... he is such an Anglophile :-D

Pam Jenoff's Books are mainly to do with the second world war, international drama , resistance, SOE etc....

The first book I read of hers was "The Kommandants Girl" I could not put it down........one of my favourites although have to say "The Diplomats Wife" was a disappointment :-(
