Are you sure you're not able to view her tree? |

Hi, Looking for advice from members. I recently received an email from Genes saying I had received permission to view a members tree. I was very excited as I had been trying to contact this member for 2 years. However when I logged into Genes, I could not view the tree. I sent another request to the member and received a reply saying I was "very demanding", despite the fact I had already sent six messages over the past 2 years. I thought Genes was all about sharing information? Should I give up or persist hoping to catch her at a weak moment? |
