3 years ago we were on holiday in the Lake District and we had snow, and Gloucester had it even worse at the same time so winter id not over yet.

Hi Ann well not in Scotland anyway.lol. I remember
one year we had it in April. Ah the joys of living in my
neck of the woods. It's a pain in the backside when you
need to use a wheelchair to get about, hope it
won't stay cause I have an RA appointment tomorrow.

News reader has just said rain in Scotland but snow
on higher ground. My son in Elgin and its raining with
him, well can't be right all the time.

I'm just half a hour from Glasgow, we had lots of rain this morning and a 20 min snow shower but it did not lie. it's dry out side now

snow certainly came down, just raining again.
mind you it's great to see the daffs and crocus starting to show in the garden and there was lots of birds and 3 squirrels running around too, I could stand and watch them for ages.

Fiona I'm hoping it won't stay long here. It also
started with rain here first thing and we have about an inch
at the moment but saying that watching the dog have fun in
it, Its started to thaw a bit so fingers crossed. What a lovely
view you must have.

Emma, back in the late seventies we had a heavy snow fall at Easter in April in the Forest of dean Glos.

Ann it must have been all over that year. Never mind
it will soon be Spring for real and then I hope we get
a splendid summer.

Hi Claire yes I do but it said in higher ground and
showed around Inverness area. lol But didn't see
much news for the usual week-end of football.

Snow...I'm sick of it lolJust when it starts to go away. we have piles of it still lying about,from the end of november.
I heard its meant to freeze tonight so its going to be slippy again.

Weather is all to pot. Australia is having a rotten time of it too,now fires.
