My Son-in-law was hit by another vehicle and his car was written off, he suffered bad whip lash injury and has been taking medication and visiting physio, he has received a letter from solicitor say they were asking other partys insurers for 1. £4,600 or 2,£3,600 he phoned solicitor the other day and they said they are putting a check for £2,600 in post and are taking 3rd party to court for more! never heard of this before....my son in law says he hasn't actually said he would accept any of these amounts until he feels sure that an offer has been made.......any advice please. |

Tell him to check with the solicitor again, because those injuries can recur sometimes, and he needs to ensure that he gets the most to cover any future costs. also, they cannot accept without his signature and approval.**M**. |
