It isn't the actual logging in to start, I understand that and it doesn't bother me. But twice, having logged in then gone on to one of the boards and tried to post a reply I have had to log in again. It happened twice this morning but has not happened since. And it happens whether I have cleared cookies or not. I am on Firefox but it is only since I changed my e mail on here that it has happened. And this morning when asking me to log in it came up with the old e mail I used to use to log in. Very strange.

Your sign in details are held on your PC, not at GR. So, if you are being asked to sign in it is because your browser no longer has the required information to do it automatically.

If you clear out your cookies then this may also cause your details to be lost.

Try this:-

Clear out your browser history, log off from GR, shut down your computer and start up again from scratch.

When logging back on to GR remember to save your password on this computer, this is assuming that it is not a shared or public computer, when you would want to log back in each time for security reasons.

I had to write my email and password yesterday but I have got in straightaway now. However I did reply to a message on the boards and when I pressed Submit my message must have gone into the ether because I never saw it again.-jle
