Member Since: February 2011 Posts: 1 Send Message	When I entered my page today there was a message saying something to the effect that while I was doing something it had caused a problem, to get in touch and say what I was doing. Re the problem, I have just no idea. I only started using the site last week when I registered. I just know now that when I click to use the records facility nothing happens. I wasn't given a person or address to contact so do not know what to do. Help/advice would be much appreciated.Thanks in anticipation

	You could try contacting support. Go to help at the top of this page and click on contact us. Explain your problem to them. Have you tried logging out and back in again?

	Do you mean you can't get on this site(GR) or another site. As there is a site named My Genealogy
