You cant i think
On another thread that asked why people dont answer I showed why some dont
My sister in Canada had a small tree on genes but lost interest as i have been doing the tree for about 10 years and give info around the family She let her subs expire but had a hot match that she couldnt reply too,Her email was still the same so she did open it, but if yours have a different email to the one they signed up with then they wont be aware of your interest.

They may longer have a PC or for some reason have lost interest so wont bother replying they may have just deleted the genes email saying they had an equiry and not even gone into genes to open it .

You can only wait and see I,m afraid .

Good Morning, I have been trying to contact some members of a family by sending messages through Genes. Unforunatley they haven't replied so i am assuming they may no longer use the site or may only come on occasionally ,How could i find out if they still use genes reunited, I have tried contacting genes reunited and they haven't responded to my request, would appreciate any info.
