Thomas - Above your first post on this thread, you will see "Edit". Click on that and you will be able to remove your email address (then, re-Submit). . It is against the terms and conditions of Genes Reunited boards to exhibit your email address. Messages should all be sent and received through Genes.
Then, I suggest that you use the "Trying To Find" board. This is where you will get help. You can still send private messages to other members via Genes, however, if you are asking them to answer you at your email address, this could be why they are not doing so. To do that, they would be revealing their own email addresses.

I am having trouble getting answers to questions on my new Platanum membership.No one answers my emails after repeated attempts. There does not seem to be a way to get a live person.Any ideas of how I can get in touch with someone that can help?
