Hi Helen, I too use Ancestry, not Genes. Can I look something up for you?

I had not previously searched on GR as I use ancestry or find my past for census and other records so can't go beyond the initial search, sorry cannot help.

I have just looked for my husbands grandmother and had no trouble, it came up with 2 possibilities. I cannot view as I do not have a platinum sub, but then I already have the image and transcription from my FMP sub.

Huia.

Not having that problem but when I've tried searching for relatives that I know should be there I'm getting "no matches" so seems there might be a problem with 1901 tonight
