Had to tell you this, I have just had my dogs out for a walk, my jack russell gave a litte bark and looked at me and then across the road. In a gateway was sitting a white rabbit looking at the dogs. There was no gate on and it was totally unprotected and showed no fear of the dogs. Had anyone else walked down wih a dog,or dogs off the lead as mine were there would have been 1 dead white rabbit. |

Ye I caught it, not bad for a nearly 72 year old. I read the rabbit better than it read me but to be fair it did not run very fast. I have had many years dealing with wildlife and animals of different kinds and the first thing is to stand still and watch, they nearly always give signals as to what they are going to do, you just hav to be ready to move. Elaine. |

Maybe a white rabbit is lucky, like a black cat Elaine! Well done for catching it. Will you hold on to it till you find an owner? |

Purple, I was lucky. A young lady came out and said the owners didn't want it because it kept escaping so she was going to take it to her sisters because her sister did. I don't need anything thats going to outlive me (and it could), I have made provision with my neice to have my jack russell, the springer is oh 's so unless we outlive him Merlin will be his problem. However, if oh goes before me I will make sure Merlin is cared for because he thinks I belong to him as I do everything for him.Elaine. |
