Owls, owls and more owls - none really embarass me.

My family gave me this stupid dog that sings some Christmas song and waggles his head etc but that was not my indulgence.

So nothing qualifies as both ends of the scale.

Will you be taking your battery operated condiment shakers with you on your overseas trip Sue?

lol I just love colour...so today when I was out I fought hard to resist buying a cushion. I don't need the cushion, they only end up on the floor, it would have been a totally pointless purchase ...but ....it was purple :)))

BC your hanging dolphins are like my balls .... glass ones of the type fishermen used to float their nets, they are hanging in the kitchen, blue, amber and purple so no one over 5'10 ish is safe.

I'm also partial to the scented candles...I love snuggling up on the sofa watching them flicker in the dark..problem is I invariably nod off without remembering to blow them out...so they're not used too often lol x

I collect Quail salt and pepper pots. I have Hares, Kingfishers, Robins, Donkeys and Foxes. They're lovely.Elaine.

Well I thought about this Sue and had a good look around me. I find I am surrounded by tat and inexplicable objects like the hanging dolphins which hit everyone's head as they pass by, the row of hairbands over my kitchen cupboards (long story), the hideous Venezuelan clock, and many more. In fact I am deeply envious of Stray's lamp. I want one! lol BCXX

aw i have a black and red,cancan lamp, i fell in love with it when i seen it, and everyone else thinks its tacky :(

its ladies legs with black tights on the a red n black lace up shade, i luv it :) x

Scented candles...I've tried lots of different makes and 'flavours'. They have to be good quality, I had some once that sent OH into a sneezing fit!

What little luxury or indulgence do you have that you feel a little silly or embarrassed about?

I have a set of battery operated salt and pepper mills. I love them and I don't care if other people think they're silly lol
