i am trying to find where my father was buried he past away 1949 in west sussex i have hit a brick wall , any ideas would be very helpfull |

What about newspapers, church records,etc from the area? Sorry I haven't any other ideas at the moment but will post again if I can think of anything else. |

Have you got his death certificate???on the cert there will be an address where he died.. |

......as Spanish eyes has said.......I would go to the newspaper first of all as most people had their obit. in the local newspaper.That will probably give the address of the deceased together with the place of the funeral. That information will probably be available at the local library. Give them a ring and they can advise. -jle |
