I think it means that you are only allowed to report really major probs - and maybe only twice a year ... LOL

This is an interesting one. regarding reporting abuse.

While we actively encourage Members to do this, anyone found to be misusing our Report as Abuse function will receive a warning.

So those whose abuse is subtle will probably get reported for abuse only by those who 'recognise' the subtlety of it lol.

Picking out a few bits - pay particular heed to

4. Alerting Us

(That will upset a minority of those who wind up then report the fall out)

6. Warnings and Bans
"All material reported as abuse will be reviewed by a member of our customer service team and the report will either be upheld or disregarded. Genes Reunited’s decision is final.

Dependent on the severity of the abuse report, Members will receive a first warning telling them why their post has been removed and why they are receiving a warning.

Should a Member be reported a second time for abuse they will receive a final warning.

Upon a third report of abuse Members will be permanently banned from the Genes Reunited service.

We reserve the right to ban any member without warning at any time for posting material that we deem inappropriate."
