think i would give up and stop the downlowed and start over

How can I stop the download? the page just sits there saying
"Your tree is currently being processed. Please wait until your tree returns to the ready state before exporting another GEDCOM file.........."
It's been like that since 6pm yesterday!

It finally arrived at 16:03 today.
Roughly 22 hours, so I guess there was a holdup on Genes somewhere.
Support fixed "a problem..."
So thanks go to Laura at genes support!

I have never put a GEDCOM on here. I input manually some of my direct ancestors only :-)

Joy, this is the other way around, exporting your tree as a gedcom back from GR to your PC.

Finally arrived 18:22 - so just 4 hours in total.

I find it a tad frustrating as all I wanted to do was correct an orphened person (my bad)... A ten second job with Gedit... after 22 hours wait for the file. It uploaded back perfectly in around 7 mins.

I have not done "exporting your tree as a gedcom back from GR to your PC" either :-)

For the record I have been waiting for an export for approx. 18 hours!

My tree has approx 90 relatives

If there is a problem, does anyone know how to report it.

Does anyone know how to abort the export so I can try again

Or do I just have to be patient!

Relax everyone :-) Just received the GEDCOM, 19 hours after the request to export
