Hello Dutch...so sorry the doctor can't help you. l know it may sound daft but have you thought about diet, some foods can give alsorts of horrible symtoms....wheat, rye, dairy products etc,...just a thought:o)

Hi Joyce, sorry to hear that the doctor can't do anything to help you. As Jude has suggested, it might be worth trying to find out if there's something in your diet that is causing you some of the health problems you have.

What tablets did the he give Jan? Whatever they are, I hope they make him better.

I'll speak to you later on. Take care.

Love, Sallie.xxx

Poor Betty, I don't suppose her bp will be a lot lower next visit, she has so much to cope with and it's stressful getting oneself off to hospital apptmts etc

Nice to talk with you yesterday Joyce and you too Caz,

take care all of you

The Chain of Holding Hands
I put this up for our Caz on another thread i think, but now also for some more of our friends
Who are going thru some bad times too
Its the chain of love and friendship and people knowing that we care
And the chain will not be broken only bent to add another name on there
I wish we could take away the sorrow and the painThat some of our friends are going thru
But it helps our friends knowing that we are here for them time and time again
And the chain it comes straight from the peoples hearts
So they know we are here for them all even though it may miles apart
Friendship knows no boundrys when it comes from ones heart
Kind words can go long way to someone who is feeling down and low
But we hold our hands out to all and so the friendship grows
Feel free to add your name to this and i can say for sure
This chain will not be broken its ever open door
For these who need us no matter what
Were here and always will be as good friendship never stops to give surport to all
So my friends just before i close
If you feel you need someone just take alook at our chainAnd you will know your not alone
As for some there are good days and bad
But we are only glad to try and help
But we are all here to give surport and confort its what we do
And im sure my friends will agree with me we always try to see it thru
So for Caz,LizP,JP,Just Jean,Deanna and many more
The chain of friendship and surport is ever open door
Talk Care my friends

Jean (Monmouth) Report 2 Mar 2011 09:14

Joyce, am sorry they cant find help for your vertigo. I am lucky that prochlorperazine does the trick for me as I never want to go through that again. I am afraid that there is a limit to the amount of pain relief you can be given without, to be blunt, killing you. Does heat treatment work for you? I fit does I would wear as much thermal clothing as you can and use wheat bags instead of hot water bottles as they are more adaptable to being wrapped round the ache. Keep trying, Jean
