I got all my details from the local council going back to the 1880s when the house was built, this was about a house in Essex. I have copies from day one and as I had the deeds when I sold the house I have the complete set, |

It might be a little early to find anything at the Land Registry, which, under its present form, didn't come into being until 1925. |
