hi uzzi and all criers alike,
i cry at the drop of a hat was told its ok but do get embassed lot.
i think the ads they put on are because they want to get as much money as poss, small problem with that is i only get to see half of it.
i have told every one that when i die no body is to wear the dread black as i call it.
i love buddy holly but when i listen to him it reminds me that he died so young so of i go again
well do jane for bringing up hormones i seem to be alot worse since then as well,i it just us women that cry at a drop of a hat i wonder.
i know my hubby looks at me and says "here we go again" oh i could thump him insensitive so and so.lol
i think i find it hard as i find things so funny as well as you can guess by my name i laugh my head of then burst out crying? bit odd.
like all off you i bet we miss really good films,
i got granson that likes snow white oh not again really sad that one,can use a box of tissues easy.
i say the same if people dont like us crying then look away.

I can cry at even talking about crying lol.I say LOL ,but it's not funny.I find it very embarrassing.I have always been like this but as I have got older it just gets worse.I could not go to a funeral the other week,OH had to go on his own.
As for those adverts on TV I am straight out of the room with hands over my ears. And yet I was nurse!!!,and dealt with death and all sorts .Yes I cried ,but I just seem to have become a soppy old date lol.Maybe the menapause has something to do with it.Hormones!!!!!!Dam* things
I can usually cope with people but something bad with animals will just leave me a wreck.I wish I could get to grips sometimes, but something happens and the tears just flow and flow.
Off to get a tissue now lolol(just kidding)

Nina I will keep it a secret for you ..but us Ridgewayites have always known everyone elses business and your OH knows that !

I have to say tho' that would reduce me to tears more than the film also

Hi Uzzi,I am also a weeper, cry for sorrow or gladness, but my heart goes out to my OH.

He is the epitomy of a rough, tough, hairy a***ed bloke.he has worked down the pit,in farming, and was in the para's,and managed to badly burn himself when his moterbike blew up under him.

Despite all this has always picked himself up,dusted off and got on with life. However,if you could see him openly weeping when watching corny films your heart would melt.

PS, don't tell him that I told you this,he likes to keep his tough image!!

Emma there is nothing wrong with that as Merlin pointed out it shows we are human.

Me dressing in black is just a long term thing going on from my music is more likely to be ACDC or Bon Jovi ...most people don't expect me to have feelings.

I have now got started on Danny speech in Brassed off ..that can make me weep ...once again I come from mining community ..
but yes

Cryers of the World unite ...I may have to change the heading ...lol

Uzzi I'm also a cryer, anything can set me off, first note
of Last Post and other music, all things that touch the
heart. Brides coming out of church (don't even know them)
and other stupid things. Used to get embarrassed not any
more, if others get embarrassed well thats their problem.

I cry at the drop of a hat and not because I want to.

I cry when I'm angry and fustrated, when I'm happy and ofcourse the slightest sadness makes me cry. I don't mean bawl my eyes out cry just that leaky eye crying

I can't watch adverts for RSPCA and the likes or see adverts of ill treated animals....(strangely humans don't worry me).
I'm terrible with sad films and to this day have never seen Bambi or Dumbo all the way through. I was about 5/ 6 when I 1st got kicked out of a cinema because the hunters shot Bambi's mother and I was inconsolable.
When talking about my Dad I well up, which is horrible cos people think they have upset me and they haven't.

It really can be annoying and embarrassing at times.

Are you a cryer and what makes you cry ?
