There is also a very good site called SCOTFAMTREE .

If you are looking for Scottish ancestors I would really recommend it , lots of tips and help .

You need the Scotlands People site but the census is also on Ancestry and I presume Genes. There are some parish records on Family Search

I am trying to search for family in scotland but all of the records are for england and wales. Does anyone know how to access the Scottish records?
