if a member gives you access to their tree, but half of the relatives are hidden is there any way the member can allow you access to the hidden. please let me know.

Why don't you just ask them for the hidden information.
Hidden relatives are such for privacy.

Two possible situations here.

1. They have selected Hide Living Relatives in their profile which means that anyone without a death year and whose birth date is less than 120 years ago will appear as 'hidden' when you view they tree.

They could, if they agree, remove the hidden flag which would allow you to see the details.

2. They have not entered any detail simply the called certain relatives by the name hidden. In which case you will have to ask.
