No, it def looks like 15 key or hey on cert, registration dist bolton,

Cannot find a Quay Street in Altrincham on the 1891 and 1901 censuses

Andrew could you please give us the information that appears on the birth cert, names of child, parents names, occupations etc, it might help us

Andrew, are you saying that you have a cert for an event registered in Bolton that gives and address in Altrincham?

As Tempest said, if you give all the info from the cert, we might be able to help.

Having looked at the cert, it does look like Key Street but could be Hey Street

here's what the cert says

No trace of that name in family, thats what my aim is to find out were she in the family as has no sister with initial A J, cant be sister inlaw or sir name of informant would be Buckthorp (Clara's Maiden name).
I thought if I could find anyone else at that address it may help.
