I have been trying to find the death records or Burial of my Gt grandmother
with out success ,is it possible that after loosing a not very old baby that she herself died and was buried in the same grave but only one was recorded
by mistake?

Deaths are registered quite separately from the burial process.

Not sure when she would have died, but registration was likely mandatory by then.

Assuming this was in England/Wales, have you searched for a death at FreeBMD?
