Hi Pusscat,I was referred to a pain management clinic a while ago for a long suffered back complaint.

I had no real belief that it would work,as I had tried everything with no results,but I went along anyway.

They decided to try me out with acupuncture,after about four sessions I noticed a big difference,and on completion of a six week course my pain was almost completely gone. The theraputic effect lasted about six months then I needed more.

As time goes by,the intervals between treatements became wider apart,and the relief from pain helped me to carry on a near normal life.

I would say,if offered this treatement for whatever complaint,go ahead,you have nothing to lose,and the differance it could make to your life could be amazing.

My MIL was reluctant to bother going, couldn't see how it could help and cancelled her appointment!! The doc told her to make another appointment which she did. Now she sings their praises as they have found tablets that keep her painfree and she can do all the things she used to do again after over a year of suffering.
