HI there,
I want to try and find a wedding between William Stevens and Louisa ? in about 1903 I think.

Or is this not possible, I think these may be my great grandparents.
Any help would be great thanks.

Michelle, I have had a look on Ancestry... but I realised that you gave no place of marriage.
There are a few, but I cannot pick one until I know where they come from or where they were married.
Or have you found them? ;-0)

Hi All,
Thanks for looking for me, I have got very confused now.
This is the situation.
My dad was called Douglas john Stevens born in august 1942, his dad was called Arthur born 1910 i think, both in pancras, I thought arthur's dad was called William, but after looking at some of the cencus records im not so sure it may have been Harry maybe. the family seem to have all stayed in pancas hope some of this helps.
any help would be great as I know nothing about my dads side of the family and he is decesed and i never met him. so any uncles or in info on grandparents etc would be helpful. many many thanks for any help, i would be most gratful.
oh and Arthur was married to beatrice maud stevens

You really need to get your dad's birth cert as it will confirm his parents' names for you.

1 I do have my dads birth cert and his parents names were Arthur stevens and beatrice maud stevens formaly white.
and yes from what i have found that was their marraige in edmonton.
I have already come accross that entry about louisa Morgenstern and william stevens but the cencus for 1901 has a listing for Henry or harry so somthing so im not sure which is right..
maybe it would be easier if i found out is my dad had any brothers or sisters.etc.

Thats the entry that seems to fit, I think.
Also i didnt see the birth of Louisa as well.
Looks ilke i may have a tiny bit of German in me as well. As I think from the cencus records her dad was born in Germany.
