can not get access to my tree ??

Nothing to do with your renewal. Your tree is available to you irrespective of whether you subscribe. Glad to hear you are sorted, but if it happens again, try clearing your browser cache - this often does the trick.

thanks for that, I've posted and asked if its down to then waiting for renewal payment, but can't remember this happening before.

have checked and today is the day for renewal of my account, which is roll over - continual. would this be the reason?
