how to contact Genes ? / annual renewal

I have just tried twice to renew my membership and have twice been told - that my card details have been rejected. Now this is the card I have always used and is still accepted everywhere else so I need tio iunform genes but I cannot find a 'contact us' facility anywhere - I could be looking with my eyes shut ! Could anyone point me in the right direction please ? Thanks

It's in the menu across the top of the board Margaret...click on 'Help' and you will see 'Contact us'...make sure you ask for a personal response.

Has your card been re-issued recently? If so then the expiry date held by GR will no longer be valid.

I have just had a standard message vack from Genes which said thank you for using genes today and that I was using the wrong membership to renew ! I have since looked all round and am now at a loss as to where to go to renew my ordinary bog-standard membership. I have gone into my account etc. but cannot find anywhere different to where I tried inb the first place. I am sure it was easier than this in previous years !

Did you have a message asking you to renew?
My membership has recently been renewed but there was nothing on the GR page to click to renew, as in previous years.
I have continuous membership so it all just happened behind the scenes, as it were, without a hitch, then a receipt sent via e mail and GR message box.

I had a reminder that my membership was due to expire in 'x' no of days. I clicked on the link and tried from that. No good. I then went into the Membership and subscription bit and tried to subscribe on the standard one - no good. I can't find anything else ! I give up. I think the easiest thing to do is go intio my membership section and change it to continuous (before the expiry date) and see what happens.

Well Ive been into my membership details and altered it to continuous and will wait and see what happens on the expiry date of 12 Aprill. If it doesn't work then it's bye bye Genes after 7/8 years. What a carry on. Why can't they have a 'renew now' button like they used to. It was easy then. Thanks for your input.

I also had trouble renewing i used to use my bank card to renew
and like others on here they just used to take it off my card when it was due but then i changed banks , so that meant new bank new card
i had a maestro card before ..no problems ..but now have a a differant card that they dont take , so i have to pay by cheque which i have done now for 2 yrs but the trouble iv'e had this yr renewing was unbelievable but all sorted now .
but dont know what i'm going to do when the cheque's are no longer in circulation ..
so this could be my last yr with GR
