I usually look at one of the World Clock sites online and work it out from there.

Dizzi,

Australia (depending on daylight saving time) is usually 10-12 hours ahead of England. We have just gone back to standard time..
So we start our morning while you are going to bed the day before.

The day starts in New Zealand so you have to add another 2 hours to this time..

It should be on your mobile phone. Just hilite area of Australia and it will tell you how many hours ahead.

My sister in Australia can't count and she is always waking me at god knows what hour on a Sunday morning.
