Searching for Annie Dickson. Mother of John Dickson. John was born 22 May 1912. He was illegitimate.
Annie lived in Govan where I believe she was born and lived with her two sisters. Her mother and father owned a confectionary shop in Govan where she worked as a confectionary saleswoman.
John was adopted by her mother and father and introduced as her brother! I believe that she may have been between 14 and 17 years of age when she had John. Birth certificate states father unknown.
I can't find any evidence of Annie Johnson Dickson. Can you help? I think her sisters were called Jenny and Janet.
